FAQ

Here Are Some of the Most Common Questions People Have Asked About thc/thca/mushrooms/CBD

Q1. WHAT IS CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a chemical in the Cannabis sativa plant, also known as cannabis or hemp.

Q2. WHAT ARE CANNABINOIDS?

Cannabinoids are a diverse group of chemical compounds naturally found in the human body (endocannabinoids) and also in cannabis plants (phytocannabinoids).

Q3. HOW DOES CBD WORK?

CBD activates different receptors in our bodies that control activities such as, but not limited to – pain sensitivity, appetite, nausea and vomiting, anxiety, blood flow, and inflammation.

Q4. IS THIS LEGAL?

The products we carry contain CBD derived from CO2 extraction from the MALE HEMP plant, rather than the FEMALE MARIJUANA plant. This allows the full spectrum CBD we carry to contain only trace amounts of TCH far below the federal limit. All of our products are perfectly legal to purchase and consume in all 50 states!

Q5. WILL I FAIL A DRUG TEST IF I CONSUME THIS PRODUCT?

As mentioned before, our products are derived from the male hemp plant and contain only trace amounts of THC kept below the federal limit.

Q6. WHAT IS THC?

Delta-9 THC is the component of cannabis largely responsible for psychoactive effects.

Q7. WHAT ARE TERPENES?

Terpenes are the primary constituents of the essential oils providing the scent and flavor of the plant. They also enhance the medicinal benefits of CBD.

Q8. WHAT IS THE ENTOURAGE EFFECT?

This is the feeling that you get when consuming CBD. While THC may give you a head change or make you feel a “head high”, the results of CBD could be explained as a “body high”. The entourage effect is a synergistic feeling that pairs with relief in the body.

Q9. WILL CBD HELP ME WITH MY AILMENT?

Due to federal regulation, we cannot make any claims as to what CBD does. We do however encourage you to read into the successes that others have experienced with CBD and try it out for yourself!

Q10. IS YOUR CBD SYNTHETIC?

No. Our CBD is certified organic (a natural constituent of the industrial hemp plant).

Q11. WHY HEMP OVER MARIJUANA?

Industrial hemp produces high levels of CBD and low levels of THC, whereas marijuana is the opposite (high THC and low CBD). Using hemp allows for higher efficiency and easier extraction.

Q12. WHERE DOES YOUR HEMP COME FROM?

The hemp we use to get our CBD is grown at NJ farms in Minnesota. Third-party testing is done once when the flower is ready for processing and once again when it’s in its final oil form.

Q 13. What is THC-A?

THCA is the acidic form of THC, full name: tetrahydrocannabinolic acid. As a cannabis plant matures and its buds grow, its terpene and cannabinoid content begin to develop. The first cannabinoid the plant will develop is CBGA, also called the “mother of all cannabinoids” because it will eventually break down and produce primary cannabinoids, like THCA and CBDA.

THCA is not intoxicating if ingested. Chemically, it has an additional molecular carboxyl ring, which prevents it from binding to receptors in the brain responsible for feeling high.

You may be thinking, ‘what’s the point if it doesn’t get me stoned?’ But without THCA, we wouldn’t have THC or the numerous health benefits attributed to it.

Q 14. How to mushrooms safely

If someone chooses to use magic mushrooms, it is important to do so safely. There are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Start with a low dose: It is always best to start with a low dose and increase gradually as desired. This allows time to gauge tolerance level, reducing the risk of negative experiences.
  • Be in a safe environment: Because magic mushrooms can cause changes in perception, it is important to be in a safe and comfortable environment. If a person is in an unfamiliar setting, they could get lost, hurt, or have a bad trip.
  • Avoid mixing with other substances: Mixing magic mushrooms with other drugs, alcohol, or medications can be harmful. Psilocybin can interact with other substances in unpredictable ways and magnify their effects.
  • Know the source: When buying magic mushrooms, it is crucial to source them from a reliable supplier. Some mushroom species can look similar but have different or even dangerous effects.
  • Have a positive mindset: Magic mushrooms can amplify emotions. Therefore, if someone is feeling anxious or depressed, it could trigger a bad trip.
  • Have a “trip sitter”: This person remains sober and can provide calm and reassuring support if someone needs help while taking mushrooms.
